What’s this site about?

IMMPRENEUR is a website created for immigrant entrepreneurs, or ‘Immpreneurs.’
Our aim is to provide content that inspires and helps Immpreneurs to launch (or grow existing) businesses in the United States.
What you’ll find on the site:
On the Get Inspired and Build Your Business channels you’ll discover stories of people who’ve come to this country, often with little savings, and built thriving businesses and successful lives in the U.S. They’ll show you firsthand how to use your “foreignness” as an advantage, how to start a business, how to raise financing, how to sell and market your product or service, and how to navigate American business culture.
For many immigrants, franchising is the first step toward business ownership in the U.S. That’s why we’ve created a Franchising channel. We’ll show you where the opportunities are, what qualities franchise companies are seeking in franchisees, the pitfalls to avoid, and what it really takes to build a successful franchise business.
Our Resource channel will enable you to network with other immpreneurs from your home country, get business advice and funding, and determine the best places in America to run your business. These organizations offer great advice, and many offer their services at no cost.
We hope you find this site helpful in your efforts to build your own American Dream.
Thank you for visiting.
